Virtuous Property Group Ltd is a residential property holding company, trading since 2017. Its wholly owned operating company, Virtuous Property Services Ltd, views, assesses and project manages every deal across Merseyside and the North West.

How it works together
Every deal, one accountable team.
Deals reach us through our own sourcing, direct vendors who approach us, sourcing agents and estate agents. Every property is viewed and assessed by our team, and experienced contractors carry out the works under our personal project management.
Virtuous Property Services also works with property buyers across the region, which gives the Group early sight of deal flow. Each opportunity is assessed against the Group’s acquisition criteria before the Group takes it forward.
Once works complete, each property is either refinanced and held for long-term income, or sold, with capital recycled into the next acquisition.
Leadership
Experienced directors, fully committed.
The Group has three directors, all on public record at Companies House, with over 25 years of combined property experience. Our longest-serving director has worked in property since 2010.
Together our directors hold a combined multi million pound property portfolio by gross value. These are the directors’ own holdings, separate from the assets of Virtuous Property Group Ltd.
Alex Taghdissian, in property since 2016, leads acquisitions and delivery for the Group. He has sourced residential property, negotiated purchases for private buyers and developers, and managed refurbishments and multimillion pound developments from acquisition through to completion.
He has also worked the lender’s side of the table. In mortgage completions at a specialist UK bank, he worked across every stage of the mortgage process, from initial application to fund release. Most recently Alex worked with a property finance lender, alongside developers and landlords, to ensure their projects and finance repayments progressed as smoothly as possible. That experience means deals are assessed here the way a lender would assess them, looking at title, security, cost, timescale and exit.
